Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Photo Fun Zone. We want you to be happy with your order, and we take care to create and package every item as accurately as possible.

Because many of our products are custom, personalized, printed, or made to order, our return policy depends on the type of item purchased.


Custom and Personalized Products

Most Photo Fun Zone products are custom or made specifically for each customer. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Custom photo booth props

  • Wedding photo booth props

  • Birthday photo booth props

  • Sweet 16 photo booth props

  • Kids birthday party props

  • Adult birthday party props

  • Personalized magnets

  • Forever Voice Magnets

  • Love Story Magnets

  • Video Message Table Displays

  • QR code event displays

  • Custom signs

  • Personalized keepsakes

  • Any item made with customer-provided names, dates, photos, text, colors, logos, QR codes, or event details

Because these items are made specifically for you, custom and personalized products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered due to an error by Photo Fun Zone.


Non-Custom Products

If we sell a non-custom, non-personalized item, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us right away at:

info@photofunzone.com

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging, if the item arrived damaged

  • A photo of the shipping label, if applicable

Once we review the issue, we will let you know whether we can offer a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund.

We must be contacted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items so we can properly evaluate the issue.


Customer Errors

We are not responsible for errors submitted or approved by the customer.

Refunds, returns, or free replacements are not guaranteed for customer errors, including but not limited to:

  • Misspelled names

  • Incorrect dates

  • Wrong event details

  • Low-quality uploaded photos

  • Incorrect colors selected by the customer

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • Change of mind

  • Event cancellation

  • Failure to review order details before purchase

  • Approval of a proof that contains an error

  • Waiting too long to report an issue after delivery

If we are able to help correct a customer error, additional charges may apply.


Proofs and Approvals

If your order includes a proof or preview, it is your responsibility to review it carefully before approval.

Please check all names, dates, spelling, photos, layout, colors, QR code links, and event details.

Once a proof is approved, production may begin right away. After approval or production, changes may not be possible, and the order may not be eligible for cancellation, refund, or free replacement unless the error was caused by Photo Fun Zone.


QR Codes, Video Message Products, and Digital Features

Some products may include QR codes, video message features, audio message features, or digital collection tools.

Before your event, you are responsible for testing any QR code or digital feature included with your product.

Refunds are not guaranteed for issues caused by:

  • Guest device problems

  • Poor internet connection

  • Guests not scanning the QR code

  • Guests not completing a video or audio submission

  • Incorrect QR code links provided by the customer

  • Third-party platform issues outside of our control

  • Customer failure to test the QR code before the event

If the issue was caused by an error by Photo Fun Zone, we will review the situation and work with you on a fair solution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered due to our error:

  • Custom products

  • Personalized products

  • Made-to-order printed products

  • Products containing customer-provided photos, names, dates, text, or designs

  • Digital files

  • Downloadable products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items returned without approval


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on custom or personalized products unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or made with an error caused by Photo Fun Zone.

For eligible non-custom items, the fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.


Refunds

If your return or refund request is approved, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Photo Fun Zone.


Return Shipping

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or the return is due to an error by Photo Fun Zone.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible by contacting:

Because many of our products are custom or made to order, cancellations are not guaranteed.

If production has already started, your order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.
